Are these 2 good games?
Are these 2 good games?
I've never played the first 2, but everyone says that the first is pretty good, and the second one is bad.

I bought it. I read in the Steam forums that there are some compatibility issues with Red Faction I and II but there are community patches that should fix it up.

I had RF 2 for Game Cube, so I probably didn't get the whole experience, but what I played was awesome. To bad I don't have any money to spend :sigh: I have to many hobbies.
I thought Guerilla was already released. Anywho, Red Faction 1 is the best. 2 was kind of bad.
God damnit, can't pre-purchase here in Australia. They did this before with another game far cry 2 that if you preordered you got far cry free. But didn't let you purchase it till after it was out. So couldn't get it.
note: Direct x 10.1 ati video cards or direct x 10.0 nvidia video cards are not supported.
damnit
If I wasn't saving for a gaming PC I would buy RF1 in a split second...
Red Faction's Multiplayer + Steam = Unlimited Fun
Loved that game. Dunno if I would like it on PC though. I prefer third-person games on console.
How do you pre-purchase something? I don't see any button to do so?
How do you pre-purchase something? I don't see any button to do so?
click "red faction guerrilla" click "add to cart" etc
I don't have that option though :/
Red faction 2 was kinda crap but really damn fun!
Play.com got it at £22 a nice saving there
Play.com got it at £22 a nice saving there
But does it come with 1 awesome game?
But does it come with 1 awesome game?
yes
Red faction 1 = Free. Will get this though. [editline]02:00PM[/editline] My bad, thought of red alert.
Just too bad that Red Faction Guerilla is a pretty bad game.
If I get someone from USA to gift this to me will the gift include RF1 and RF2 aswell? [editline]03:05PM[/editline]
Just too bad that Red Faction Guerilla is a pretty bad game.
Only problem I saw with it when I tried it on the 360 was that you can totally demolish any building with minimum effort. Sure it's cool to see everything come down in ruins, but sledgehammering down a building makes it look kinda stupid.
But does it come with 1 awesome game?
still cheaper from there even if buy 1 and 2 from steam

It was made so the player had something to bust anything up really fast, no matter what it was, without needing to keep restocking ammo.
It's the signature weapon. It was made so the player had something to bust anything up really fast, no matter what it was, without needing to keep restocking ammo.
It's still wierd and does not fit in with reality.
Neither does the ability to be run over by a tank and still live. It's not meant to be realistic. The only realistic thing about the game is its beautiful physics system. Other than that, you're still looking at a run 'n gun enabled shooter with unlimited sprint where you can be hit multiple times with a shotgun and run around like nothing happened to you.
