I'm using google chrome and this is starting to get annoying, but every site that I go to that starts with https (gmail, chrome.google, and even https://google.com) has an SSL error.
The site's security certificate is not trusted!
You attempted to reach www.google.com, but the server presented a
certificate issued by an entity that is not trusted by your
computer's operating system. This may mean that the server has
generated its own security credentials, which Google Chrome cannot
rely on for identity information, or an attacker may be trying to
intercept your communications. You should not proceed, especially
if you have never seen this warning before for this site.
What can I do to fix this as it messing up the formats of a lot of sites and making it so I can't order things off of newegg.
What OS are you using?
Can you reach these sites in a different browser?
Windows 7 64bit and in ie the same thing happens.
Is the time and date on your computer right?

Also try going to Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Content -> Clear SSL State
Then reboot just to be sure.
