I know I have to install an OS to get past this but I wanted to know If I could pick one not on that list The only options for me are XP/XP64 bit AHCI/Raid driver disk and FreeDOS command prompt I wanted to know if it was possible to install windows 7 on instead Heres what I got: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131402 and It says Windows 7 ready on the box
:downs: The windows 7 ready means you can install windows 7 onto the computer the motherboard is installed on. (that's worded so funny...)
Just clarifying because of what that menu said

Don't ever listen to what it says when you don't have an os installed. You can always install whatever os you want, within reason. I have windows 7 on my laptop when it says designed for win xp vista capable.
