New Mexico Police claim to have caught ghost on tape

[QUOTE]ESPANOLA, N.M. (ABC NEWS) - Hopefully the "Ghostbusters" are available to investigate this one.
Police in northern New Mexico, are trying to figure out what human-shaped, blurry, translucent figured was captured on camera strolling across a locked area of their station.
The video shows the figure walking through a chain link fence and slowly walking out again.
"It walks through the old transport cages," said Espanola police detective Solomon Romero. "There's not a way for it to get through, but it walks through that."

It's 2014 yet all these video's are as blurry as always. It could have been a piece of dust close to the lens for all we know.
Quick, somebody replay it 4 times with increasingly slower motion! Then drop the resolution to make it even more believable
Right. Next they're going to tell us that the new iPhone doesn't bend.
HD security cams have been a thing for years, guys. Fit 'em. If this was in HD it'd be a whole hell of a lot harder to cast doubt upon.

Budgets have been a thing for a lot longer than HD has. Not saying I believe them, but don't be surprised that organizations still use old technology.
How ridiculous, that's not a ghost.
Obviously it's an alien.
It's so blurry there might as well be a shroud (like construction) or some glassy surface between the camera and the "ghost".. And thus, it creates a morphed/transparent/BLURRY image of something possibly walking behind it.
Or it could be edited with a computer.
And quite a few other possibilities, maybe, none of which involves an actual ghost, which do not actually exist.
Did they arrest it?
This just in, the ghost was apparently a coke mule.

If you actually watch the video, the figure appears to be making a walking motion.
time to enhance
It either seems like its a camera pointed at a wet window, and its just someone walking across the street.
at least it wasn't a skelintin because man that woulda been pretty spoooky
It seems a little suspicious that ghosts are only caught on CCTV cameras with an extremely low resolutions and in areas where dust flowing freely through the air is not uncommon. I'm not saying there has to be solid footage caught in 4K HD, but now that most people carry a portable camera in their pocket, it only makes sense that someone somewhere would have caught footage of a ghost by now if they really did exist. Also, this is extremely relevant.

actuallyyyyyyy i heard it's exactly the opposite. there were more claimed sightings of aliens and ufos back in the 60s-80s because nobody recorded it. so they could just say "i saw an ufo and it looked like this". then there was a huge spike in the 2000s and nowadays it's rare to come across footage like this because it's common knowledge that it's so easy to digitally manipulate videos, so everyone and their dogs can point out a fake.

It's the ghost of (breaking bad spoiler) [sp]Gus Fring[/sp]
This may sound crazy, but when I was four years old, my siblings and I asked my mom why there was a woman in the other room. We independently described her (hair, features, even her green dress) to my mother and told her that she wasn't around when my mom came to look.
My mom later ran into the brothers who sold the house to my family back in the late 1980s. (about four or five years before I was born)
She asked him about the woman we described, and turns out it was his mother-in-law who died in the house from alcohol poisoning. The description we all provided matched perfectly. She apparently had curly blonde hair, blue eyes and the dress we described was her wedding dress which she was buried in. We even described parts of her personality.
To make matters worse, my brother and I also described the wallpaper the house had previously, the type of dresser and its location, and the presence of a Piranha tank on top of the dresser. All of these things had been thrown away after the mother-in-law died and the brothers sold the house in 1988.

I live in New Mexico, and while you'll be harassed 24/7, the only way you'll be arrested is if they catch with your hands still in/on the victim, and if you throw the knife away, they won't convict you.
our law enforcement is a literal laughingstock.
It's obviously Harry Potter under his little invisibility cloak.
