So, lately my computer has been lagging in firefox, and takes ages to boot, doesn't load icons for .exe's and stuff. It runs games like it always has, computer is about 6 months old.
I lately got AVG antivirus, which runs a scan everyday at 18:00, and then it auto defrags at 19:00 everyday too.
It's not overheating, CPU is about 50 degrees, 70 in games.
GPU is at 57.
Specs:
i7-920
GTX 295
12GB ram
I need help because I can't live with this. :(

Well, what's your CPU usage idling at, and how many processes do you have running? Sure, you have a i7 so that technically shouldn't be a problem but it's worth a check.
running 88 processes, cpu usage hops from 0% to 5%
You could snip the processes down to ~60, if you tried msconfig, load system services only

Yes but how would that help the lag? It's not because of any of the things it boots, it's been like this for quite a while. The slow booting and lag have only started like, yesterday when I got home.

And the stuff that starts when it boots is a bunch of logitech drivers because I only have logitech shit.
Most of it is anyway.
As stated, lower the processes used, delete any programs you don't need and I highly recommend this disk defragmenter. What is does it take boot files and programs you use all the time and moves them to the edge of the hard drive and takes the useless crap and puts it in the center.

When you install it make sure to right click and run as administrator. Use the Auto tab and do it a few times, then click on fragmented only files and restart.
Cutting the processes would help from the time you log in and the time it takes for windows to load about everything, the speed increase is dramatic on older systems, but your case it should plow though 80+. I'm not sure what is wrong if you go and do the basic remades, defrag, ccleaner, increase virtual memory, and have more HD space
If all fails, just reinstall windows
