Well I don't know but I'm pretty sure the game is supposed to be famous for having millions of zombies on screen and not a game show that includes killing a tiny group of zombies.

Different arenas have different amounts of zombies. Or so I can tell from the trailers.

Over think? I'd rather have a competitive zombie killing sport in a video game rather than just some simple coop.
