I hit the limit of my patience with this issue, I tried looking around for some information on it but to no avail.
This has happend since god knows how long ago, just this one friend while the others are completely fine.
What happens is that I can't join servers he's in and vise versa, this happens in games that uses P2P I believe, or games that doesn't require port forwarding for hosting.
It works to use Tunngle/Hamachi for those games that actually support LAN, which there isn't really much of nowadays. The latest game we just had this issue with was Stronghold 2.
Others are Company of Heroes, Rise of Nations, Anno 1404 etc etc..
Oh and port forwarding haven't helped with it.
Anyone have any solutions or ideas for this problem?

Your router doesn't properly support UPnP.
Install a different os onto it or get a better one.
