I have internet everywhere else but Steam, apparently. It just sits at "Steam - Updating" (like it does when there's no internet). Then after a long while it says you can go offline or whatever. I have tried deleting ClientRegistry.blob to no avail. Any ideas? [editline]12:22AM[/editline] It gives me this for about 3 minutes Then this:
Do you have any other computers in the household? Can they update Steam? If they can, try copying the fully updated Steam folder to your computer.

I plugged it back in and Steam connected fine. I think it's all fixed...
If it happens again, just unplug the router for about 30 seconds to let it reset.
