What is the best way to clean out a Corsair H50's radiator?

I have a corsair H50 cooling my CPU and it hasn't been cleaned since I bought it, thus temperatures have gone up quite a bit and the thing is caked with dust. What's a good way to clean it without having to remove the entire unit from my system?

Use an air line.
I gently use a vacuum to suck the dust out of my H50, then I use a powerful blower (DataVac ED500) to blast the shit out of it. Do it outside cause it will get everywhere.
When you used compressed air to clean a heatsink:
