A long time ago Oblivion didn't want to uninstall for me so I deleted everything in it's folder and it's entries in the reg system. However it seems that has recently come to bite me in the ass, upon trying to reinstall oblivion start-up thinks the game is still on there as it shows up with *Play, data files etc* options. Clicking anything is a error as well...it's kind of uninstalled. I try clicking the *Uninstall* opiton but that does nothing at all, Angry I decide to run Setup.exe of course that does nothing too and I find out in the alt+tab task manager under the processes running it's there doing nothing.
I'm at wits end here
You said a long time ago. When was that? Maybe it's time to re install Windows?
