Alright, so I'm no artist what so ever. I've been trying to do a logo for a little bit now, and what I'm looking for is an 8-Bit Themed wolf paw print. Now I've tried drawing something up, but nothing has looked good so far. I'm not even sure what colors to use, like if a black color would be good, or maybe a gray fading to black. I've got no bloody idea. If I could get some help from you much more creative folks. I thank you. (I'll post some stuff I've been messing with)
I drew this and scanned onto my computer.

The crap I did work out isn't even 8bit it's just sloppy rectangles and triangles.
I just whipped these up. Took awhile, but, it's getting closer to the feel that I'm looking for.
More 8-Bit

Even More 8-Bit

My suggestion would be to actually make it pixellated. Draw out a wolf paw the way you think it ACTUALLY looks, and then pixellate and work off of that. Right now you are trying to make the concept fit a preconceived notion in your head. USE THE CONCEPT TO CREATE A NOTION. This will also help with the fact that there isn't a consistent pixellation in any of these.
What program are you working in?
Here's a really quick photoshop jobby scaled up from a 16x16 pixel image:

If you want to do a proper pixel art thing work as small as you can and resize the image.
Another thing to remember with pixel art is that diagonal lines will be blocky:

Roflcakes, I really, really like yours. I was using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Now, it doesn't have to be 100% 8-Bit, I wanted a 8-Bit feeling, Like Modern with some 8-bit in it.
I'm totally going to use your image as an avatar if that's alright? :3

What do you guys think? I just whipped these up, is it good for an outline?
Sure, go ahead. Also out of the two new ones I prefer the second.
Yeah, a lot of people liked the second so I ended going up with that. I'm think about learning how to model so I can model it into a 3D object.
Here you go.

Use Blender. Render button is F12, middle mouse and shift control view, right click to select objects, use "g" and "r" to rotate the camera/paw.
Holy shit dude! that's amazing man, you just made a tear run across my face. <3
It's like perfect width and everything.

No problem! It was super easy to do :v:
I added you on steam, I'm NightWolf. I made another version of the logo, just trying out different things to see what I like most. ignore the lines in the middle there for after effects. (I'm making an intro for it and I have an idea, where the palm breaks apart and flies in the screen and comes together in the middle and well so on)
