Ever since yesterday my computer has been freezing and having problem's with windows explorer (not sorting, not even showing folders).
Example of explorer problems:

Also when i start my computer up sometimes the borders (or even entire windows) of programs get stuck in the background and i have to swipe another window over it for it to go away.
I also did a smart test on my main hard drive and everything came up green.
Specs:
AMD Phenom II x4 965 3.4Ghz
ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 880G Motherboard
Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 1GB
COUGAR 700W SX700 Power Supply
OCZ Gold 8GB DDR3 Memory

Okay now this is happening.
It seems to be a graphics driver problem, because most of my problems only occur on my second monitor (right-click menus flashing, sudden black screens, couple of other things)
