Programs in taskbar are bleeding through[Chrome Issue]

Can someone help me with this issue. I'm not sure how to fix it, or when it ever started or whatever. This is the first time I've ever encoutered this issue, so I'm hopeing someone from these forums could help me out! In this screenshot bascially shows how "Skype's" textbox during a conversion is bleeding through. It does this with other programs that I also have on my "task bar" but once they aren't on my task bar, this problem doesn't happen. Can someone help me out here?

GDI's window/desktop rendering became shitty after DWM was introduced. I'd be willing to bet its at fault there.

Hmm, I'm trying to understand what your saying sir, but this never used to happen, but my friend said this actually happens on this PCs at work. It just recently started happening... but I dont know why or what?
Yeah this happens to me a lot on one of my PCs. Stuff like the visualisations on WMP show through as well.
If I recall correctly, it only happens when I have x64 on this PC, x86 seems to have no issues. I can't be bothered reverting though because I rarely use it.
All you can really do is keep downloading the latest chrome and skype builds until the problem goes away. :/

It isn't just skype though, its whatever program I have on my task bar at the time. So if steam was there, and I was looking at websites through chrome, steam will bleed through for some reason. I have a 64bit OS.
Edit: PROBLEM SOLVE: I installed firefox and it doesn't do it anymore! Must be even more bugs in Google Chrome!
