Is there a website or something that can point me to upgraded processors that will drop right into my existing socket and motherboard? My current processor is a Core 2 Duo 2.13. Socket is a 775 LGA. My motherboard is an ASUSTek P5N-E SLI. I'm not after anything crazy, maybe a quad core that gives an appreciable step up from what I have, say $200 budget.

your mobo may not support 45nm cpu's if you are just gaming that is fine
