Looks like Lium will probably want to move somewhere else. I hear Russia is nice this time of year.
So good to see this happening. That's another nation down.

MANDATORY GAY MARRIAGE PASSED. HUSBANDS AND WIVES TEARFULLY SEPARATE, AWAIT GAY SPOUSE ASSIGNMENTS.
Honestly though how does this affect anyone at all
We just had a thread on this, I remember because I made a comment about how gross all the gay sweaty sex will be because you guys are in the middle of a heatwave
i love hearing about things like this. these sorts of stories are what help alleviate some of the cynicism i feel about society in general. a better world is possible and this helps prove it :)

No kidding. I remember having a conversation with him asking him what was his deal with thinking gays being murdered was a great thing and his response was:
Would you call me a monster for enjoying the death of a child molester? Now, not even I will say that homosexuality is equal to or even near rape, especially child rape, but enjoying the suffering of others is natural. Schadenfreude. You see a guy get something dropped on his head, you laugh. It isn't his fault, he doesn't deserve your amusement, but you cannot help but derive some form of positive feelings from it.
You're right on the money.
I wouldn't know about that. Whether it's a choice or something you were born with. I suppose I shouldn't be intolerant, everyone has their less than moral issues, even me. But I am physically nauseated by it. That's why I despise gays. Or lesbians. Or transgendered people. Because it's unnatural and wrong in my eyes.
Even if the world disagrees nowadays.
Anyway, I'm going to have to cut this chat short. I'm also going to be putting you on ignore. Nothing personal. If I can't see the problem, the problem doesn't exist.
Wasn't this the reason gay marriage took so long to be legalised in the first place? :v:
Scotland and Northern Ireland still aren't letting it pass. Sucks.

good god
Yeah Lium is a real piece of work.
Not that I should answer to the likes of you, but I bought it primarily to remove a previous title someone bought to spite me, stating that I was supportive of gay marriage. I do indeed believe every word, although not, as would be implied I should think, for religious reasons. I will confess there's no rational reasoning behind me despising you and your ilk, but the fact is you disgust me in much the way paedophiles, rapists and adulterers do. It's basic feeling, all the way to my bones.
That should answer your question. I advise against sending me any further messages because as of this, I've added you to my ignore list. It's nothing personal, understand.
This was his response to me asking why he bought his title.
"Nothing personal"
nothing personal, i'm just ignoring every post i disagree with and will blindly refuse to admit i'm a bigot!
I wonder if I'd count as married in Northern Ireland if I got it done in England and then came back over here?

Probably the same status as a civil partnership, which is already pretty much the same as a marriage legally.
Finally.
Nice to see that progress is being made on Same Sex Marriage.
