The tech that goes into this is really interesting. You've got to gather hundreds of photos of one subject's face from different angles and you feed it into a neural network program that fuses it with a chosen clip. It can take hours or days depending on your GPU (and CPU). You can see some of the safe for work examples below (mostly of nicolas cage), it's interesting to see where the network performs well and where it struggles.
