Windows - delayed update failed (windows disintegrating omg)

I'm on my phone. I was just talking to someone on my PC when it popped up the error in the title. Every time I closed it, it popped up again with a different filename. I tried to open PS to take a screenshot but it said the exe was missing. Then I tried paint but the start menu was empty. Programs started closing, words disappearing as I continued to be bombarded with these errors. Finally my start bar disappeared too so I tried to shut it off. It BSODd before turning off.
I have now booted it back up and it seems to be running okay for the moment. What went wrong? What should I do?
Check the event log for what happened around that time. Type Event Viewer in the startmenu and navigate to Windows Logs > Application. Post the details here.
Probably a fatal pc crash. Or a virus.

Nothing untoward in "application" but "system" has a bunch of shit in it:

Can I see the PlugPlayManager? Looking at all this I think I can safely assume that either your HDD is just dying or a faulty driver was put in its place.
It says:

Is it possible/Have you tried to rollback to a previous checkpoint in System Restore?
Most recent checkpoint is from wednesday.
Go back to that point. And hopefully, you have support. I think it is a video card problem, you can also roll back. Tell us what happens. And look at system restore and note any programs that were installed between Wed and today. And if Wed don't work, go back further. Then call support if taht don't work either.
This is a homebuilt computer, I don't really have support. I'll try rolling it back tomorrow, although it seems to be working fine right now.
