Now I know a lot of us here aren't in college, but we are coming close to be, and excuse me if I fuck up a bit on my typing you can blame DXM for that. Anyway, I've been wondering for years just what I want to do in life. I'm still not sure. What are you DD'ers planning on going to college for? It's just very hard to scope out a job for someone who likes doing different drugs. You know, because drugs are science, art, religion and a billion other things. I'm curious, what are you guys going to school for?
(Me? Probably liberal arts or technology)
I'm a sophomore at a pretty good school near Boston, studying Business and Economics with a minor in Politics. I hated high school, but college has been great. I've made a ton of friends and have access to quality substances.
At the moment I am doing computer science at college, but Im thinking of changing to pharmacology.
I'm a junior and double majoring in the business school; management and accounting.
I'm in 5th grade of secondary school ( Quebec school system , I don't know what it is in the USA). Next year I'm going to Cegep (between secondary school and university) in computer science.
I'm in my second year going for music technology. I can't blame it on drugs, but I really fucked up my second semester of college with a lot of health problems/personal problems and sitting around being high all the time. College requires a lot of responsibility and it's not easy.
Going to go to College in a few years to study being a Pharmacist's Assistant and later on study business.
I plan on going in Pharmacy school and studying pharmacology (obviously).
Junior at my college. Studying history and political science. Probably go into law once I get my BA.
Sophomore in college, majoring in clinical psychology. Plan on going to some kind of graduate school.
Just to reply on the op, i dont feel like drugs should influence what you plan to do in life. I see drugs as purely recreational (for my uses, and most of other people) and i treat it the same as something like video games. Its nothing more than something fun to do for some people and thus doesnt have a massive impact on what our careers and long term desires are; compared to how we are raised, lived, etc. I see that some people do live their lives around drugs and view them as an ideology and im sure they follow careers relevant to drug use or views.
Started my freshman year of college this September.
I'm Undeclared to get all my general education requirements done, then I'm going to major in Sociology. Employers really just want to see a degree, so I figured I might as well study something that I find enjoyable. Plus Sociology is great for like, marketing and adverting jobs.
Starting out getting my GE at a junior college right now then transferring soon to get my bachelors in computer science
I'm a hustler and I hustle
This is my first year in college, studying Police Foundations (so I have classes like Psychology and Sociology). Weed is pretty much all I do, and it's not like they drug test you while you're studying in college so I should be fine.
Last year of my Mechanical Engineering Bachelor.
Going to start my master next year.
I'm in the second year of my French degree and I have to say drugs haven't really affected my work, they could well do, but as long as you've got at least some degree of self discipline and control then it's pretty easy to balance work, going out, chilling with a zoot or any other drugs and any other activities.
Oh and because it's a big, fairly liberal uni the substances here are pretty easy to get hold of and are good quality.
im doing health sciences with specialization in human kinetics first year of 4
i smoke weed erry day with high marks fuck yea
nigga ballin is my major
Currently studying Computer Networking but planning on transferring to another University for Computer Science. If that doesn't work out for me, then I'll think of something else.
I wanted to major in English so I could be an English teacher, but with everything going on it isn't a good idea. So I'll probably get a degree with computers or some other growing field.
