New Graphics card, installing drivers causing BSOD.

Hi, I got a new card(MSI R9 280x) I reinstalled the drivers once I put the card in but it keeps blue screening while booting. I've also done a new install of windows and it's still doing the same. Seems the card is to blame, tried it in my brothers PC same problem, back down to a 6870 for me.
