Attempting to repair a Philips 170P5 LCD monitor - Possibly a broken CCFL or transformer?

Like a year ago, I got given a old Philips 17'' LCD monitor, after a while I found out it doesn't start.
Then I just threw it on the attic and almost over a year I decided to try and fix it.
I just turned it on, and the power LED was just on, and the display doesn't start. But it does show up in Screen Resolution

Then after unplugging it again, the same thing that happened when I got it happened again:
The power LED flashes, and I can see the panel itself light up VERY faintly.
What's strange too is the power LED changes in brightness a bit sometimes. Could the transformer of the panel be dead?
Truly, this is a old crappy thing but I'm actually thinking of using it as a third monitor
Here's a video I made to show a few interesting things I noticed.

If you have any input, I would be very grateful.
