I misread the title as King Kong and was really confused.
So is that hong kong or that other makeshift city that was nearby that they demolished in the 90s

Honestly, more games need to look into stuff like that. The whole claustrophobic nature of overpopulation in compact areas is a strange yet, interesting topic.
