I didn't recieve my stuff at first, got Eyelander, then next day I got my Shield, then later that day my scottish resistance popped up.
I got all of the items in a massive steam cloud fart, right after update.
I've never had any problems.

What I have experienced is that they rocket jump so that they lose enough health to run out on a rampage hoping to get a kill or two.

I got my Ghastly Gibus finally last night. It was great. Some other lucky guy got the Gunboats, too. I think it's pretty much fixed. Correct me if I am wrong.
