• How's this for a low-tier build?

Hello FP. Been getting tired of my present PC which, to say the least, has not in the slightest been cutting it with performance issues all around from web browsing to Skyrim. I'd post my old specs, but frankly it's an embarrassment to even acknowledge I've ever used the build I'm presently on. The last time I built a PC was 2007, so I'm a bit woozy on what I'm doing right now. To cut things short here, I've only a few questions: Will this build not shit itself doing basic tasks and browsing the internet or watching Youtube? Are there any glaring compatibility issues between any of these parts, and most importantly, will I be able to play CSGO and/or Skyrim/FONV at a stable and decent framerate in the ballpark of around 60FPS assuming I'm playing lowest settings? Price vs. performance wise, is this a good idea? I'm not looking for a god-build here that I'd go bragging about on enthusiast boards, just something that is going to work now that my present PC clearly isn't anymore. So, I must ask, will this at least meet whatever basic expectations I may have, or is this build found wanting? I'm not looking at this as a gaming build (With the exception of Bethesda and Valve titles) as most of my gaming is on handhelds and occasionally consoles, so the main focus here is to achieve functional performance at everyday tasks and then some. Is there anything here I can tune back and cheap out on (I'm thinking the HDD since the HDD of my present PC is on par, but I don't know how much of a life it still has left before it dies), or will I need to dig deeper into my wallet or reconsider one of my parts to achieve the par I've set of a stable framerate in Skyrim and CSGO at minimum settings?
Why on earth would you build a system with parts over 6 generations old on a LONG dead socket? That's an awful build and a massive waste of money. Ask Lilyo to make you a build, you can get a far better system for $620.
1600 MHz DDR3 on a board which supports max of 1333MHz is not gonna work. Agreed with GB, don't build on a dead platform. You can buy something fairly cheap with current tech - that's the way it works.
