• Website replacer

I know there are a lot of ways to block a website but thats not what I really want. Is there a program that blocks a website and replaces it to something you defined so it's not obvious block? One blocker I had showed a big banner with letters "RESTRICTED" on it and I don't think it's subtle. Like if I block chatroulette.com and replace its content with blank placeholder counterparts.
I remember doing this once when following a tutorial to do something which I don't exactly remember. But I still have the program that did it - http://www.rejetto.com/hfs/ Don't ask me how to use it, I followed a guide on the web, but it was fairly simple if I remember
Maybe this could be used? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hosts_%28file%29
What the_grul said, just use the hosts file to redirect shit to another place
