it sounds really great, but i really need to see some gameplay before i can care

yeah this game looks sick
Crytek needs some kind of comeback. Their artists and people are too talented to be wasted away. Sucks that they had a lot problems in the past 3 years.

Their top management sucks. They directly blamed PC piracy for lack of sales and claimed focusing on consoles would increase their sales, but guess which of their games sold best. They bought other studios and expanded like they will be the next EA or Ubisoft themselves. Then they thought the future is in free-to-play games. And above all that they keep signing exclusivity deals that hurt them in the end, like with Ryse for Xbox or VR games like Climb and Robinson The Journey for Oculus and Playstation. They also sold Far Cry rights to Ubisoft and I think EA owns the Crysis IP. CryEngine was one of the best engines out there for years, but it wasn't documented properly, so Unreal and now even Unity stole the show. They messed up everything they touched.
Looks cool but the PvP part would probably keep me from playing the game often since I wouldn't want to rely on a random person as my partner.
