He should really rotate the paper clockwise a bit rather than forcing his hand the way he does, it improves handwriting quality, and makes it less painful. I imagine a few lessons would fix his writing up a bit.

Yeah I don't like turning the paper cause my hand just smudges writing as i go on and i end up with a bunch of ink on one of my fingers or on the side of my hand cause im lefty. left fo lyfe

I'm torn on this whole Healthcare act shit. My brother, who is currently in the process of remodeling a restaurant he just leased, says that the entire act will hurt small businesses more than anything else, his reasoning is that it will supposedly subtract $108,000 a year from a business' income, and if they refuse to pay it, then they're charged even more, and if they refuse to pay that, then the owner goes to jail. I don't know if that's true, but i certainly hope it isn't.
