Well, I currently have ASUS M2N-SLI motherboard, which pretty much reached the end of my needs. Now, I'm currently looking for a new motherboard to upgrade. I'd been looking at these:

2 X 2GB Patriot Extreme Performance RAM (DDR2-800)
Antec 300
600w PSU
If you can find better motherboards that are compatible with my current hardware, it will be greatly appreciated. (Budget: $200 or Less)

I personally would wait and get an AM3 system i.e. AM3 CPU, AM3 board, DDR3
your current setup is pretty good at the moment imo
