Avast pops up and says a Trojan Horse was blocked when I try to access Facebook.

I scanned with Malwarebytes, which caught an adware and deleted it, and nothing on Avast's scans.
Restarted, it still does this.
Any clues?
It's Avast,
It's all over twitter, something to do with a bad update from Avast, regarding detection and threats. Don't worry. Browse carefully and wait for the update to drop from Avast.
Disable Network and Web Shields and it will stop :)
Ah! Thank you so much! I was worried.
Got this problem too, mum shouted me and I did a quick google search and found something.
Their website doesn't even load right now. I've just turned my web shield off for now.
Figured something was up.
It said Facepunch, Google, Youtube, Yahoo Mail, and Kongregate were Trojans or malware.
It's telling you to take a break from facebook for at least 1 day

Confirmed my suspicion, that there's something weird going with Avast's updates.
Cheers for the info, it's been annoying me for a hour or 2
So i just read this, thanks everyone. The thread i just started is now useless but at least my worries are gone. Though some pages are being blocked i think because i get errors when trying to access them. Would that be Avast! too?
Yep its avast.
Update is up so download the update and you'll be fine.
Should I just uninstall Avast and stick with Microsoft Essentials? I know the problem is fixed but I've heard good things about ME and if it's up to par it may be a good idea to switch over to it just to try it out at least.
Yes

MSE (Microsoft) and Avast seem to be at the same level on the AV comparatives February 2011 test. Some how MCafee made it onto the Advanced+. :wtf:
This is why I got rid of Avast.
This and because it's slow and sucks at removing (or even finding) real viruses.
