Cheap, in-ear headphones for my brother for Christmas

Hello all, as the title implies, I'm looking for some decent (if not better than the iPod stock) headphones.
These Sennheiser headphones look okay, but I'm not sure if I'm being ripped, because my brother went full retard and bought some $10 skull candy pieces of shit.

I only see one in-ear headphone being the HeadBanger set, and it seems the only place to buy them is Amazon.
Sehnhiser CX-300 or Radiopaq Jazz.
Or even cheaper Creative EP-630.
In-ear headphones will fuck your shit up.
CX 200 is a good earphone for <$20

Well yeah but my brother doesn't give two shits about sound quality as long as they don't sound worse than the iPod ones.
SkullCandy earbuds were $7.99 with an additional 20% off just last week for me... and they sound phenomenal! :D
