sooo yet again i want to flash my bios, its been a while though, if i download the latest version of the BIOS, would it comes with all the improvements made in the previous versions also? or will i need to go from 0506 0606 0706? My mobo is an Asus M4A785D-M Pro thanks in advance
Read the changelogs. You shouldn't just update BIOS when you are bored, you should only update it when it is needed
well the newer versions boast improved system stability and overclocking features, aswell as an improved ACC
Unless your crashing a lot there is no need, flashing a BIOS is always risky
