I don't need monitor, keyboard, mouse, or GPU. I have a 4670 for the GPU, I need an OS. I'm going to be playing GTA 4, BC2, and CoD. Thanks in advance, FP.
If you can stretch your budget to $600, I can fit in a 4850. How does this look? Gamerkiwi, there's an ECS MOBO that's $75 and has 8x/8x crossfire support. You're also missing a PSU, aren't you?
Indeed he is shadow

Should I find one and go with it, FP? I can't do 600$ but I'll probably upgrade my GPU in the distant future.
Get this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139008 Do not get a graphics card. Save $150, and get an HD5770. In the mean time, use the onboard.
Sounds good. I have a build.

Get this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371035 Replace the CPU with this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103724&cm_re=amd_rana-_-19-103-724-_-Product This HDD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152181 And this Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130288 [editline]08:19PM[/editline]
Get this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139008 Do not get a graphics card. http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=13292665 and this combo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.429004 [editline]12:37AM[/editline] If you don't want the 4850 then take it out and save up for a 5770, or get a crossfire motherboard; This'd do http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157176&cm_re=asrock_am3-_-13-157-176-_-Product

holy nutshits, if he can afford $550 then he can get a 5770. hallelujah. I'll make a separate wishlist for the original configuration [editline]01:01AM[/editline] http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=19498828 [editline]01:02AM[/editline] jk it's actually a beefed up system. and it's only around $520 :smug:
He can use a 5770 on a 450W
FOR THE LAST TIME. A CORSAIR CX400W FOR $30 CAN HANDLE AN OC'D PHENOM OR I5 AND A 5770. <rage>

Don't count on rebates, it's just a pain in the ass and many rebate companies will find ways not credit you unless you press them. It's a shady business
It's Corsair..I'd rather trust them. And a by "press" I assume a simple phone call, which can be made in a few minutes (hopefully). Otherwise, do the american thing. SUE.
The companies use a rebate company, not really affiliated with them. And their's stories of multiple phone calls not working; they'll tell you sent the form too late or that it wasn't valid at the time of purchase or will just say it got lost in the sauce or they didn't get it. It's just a hassle. Lol sue? [editline]01:25AM[/editline] it's 20 dollars...
He could crossfire another 4670 with his current one
He could crossfire another 4670 with his current one
You are an absolute retard. I'm sorry, but really? An HD4670 crossfire? An HD4850 will perform better for $85, 60% the cost of a CF setup.

And if he buys a 5750 he will have more power than a 4670 crossfire setup and he will be able to crossfire another 5750 in the future, giving him even more power.

I would get another 4670 9340s run really good
