Mental Hospital: Eastern Bloc -Just Another Horror Game?

So this game was just recently made public, and I do have to say that it is remarkably similar to some other indie horror games I have played... However, it does not fail to produce jump-scares! I was really hoping for more out of it, but didn't get much.
What do you guys think?

i think i preferred when horror games were a little niche genre noone cared about
now they seem to be the hot new thing for indie devs to make, usually poorly
as a horror game nerd it kinda annoys me

It would've been better if at the ending there was poor grammar or spelling just like some classic SNES/NES games from Japan :v
