My first attempt using the HAT animation mod for Garry's Mod. Tips are appreciated :3.

HAT's a procrastinator's tool for people who can't be bothered to learn how to do proper animation in 3DS Max or Maya. It's nice for quick little videos I guess, but in the long run learning how to do real animation will reward you greatly, and it'll look better too.

Was there any real reason this needed to be posted? You didn't produce anything worth the time watching. Show your family or friends, not us. For a future note, don't say "lolz" or use stupid ascii smilies.

Thanks for the feedback, and to the butt hurt people, I wanted criticism from experienced people, not 12 year old kids thinking this was another Michael Bay Transformers.
Animation is INCREDIBLY stiff and you need more frames.
