I was just fooling around after reading this neat little tutorial and this is what I came up with:

I think it looks alright.
It looks rather bland, i would suggest adding a wider colour range.
I agree, a wider colour range. Perhaps of more stronger colours too so that the colour in the shot pops as it looks a bit dark overall. Good job though it still looks nice regardless.
it needs brighter colours, in my opinion.
Not bad, its simple and still looks good.
Good job.
Thanks for the feedback guys.
I tried adding a little more color but keeping a similar color scheme of the original one, because I like the original one myself.

Hmm just noticed it's not that big of a change.
I like the changes personally. :buddy:
Whilst fooling around some more I created a forum sig with similar style:

Just a bonus thing
My only complaint is the text seems a bit odd. Where on the wallpaper the text "blended into" the lines this looks a bit jagged like it was slapped on sort of thing if this makes sense? Maybe it is just because I like the soft text more.
How did you pull that off? I like it :)

I read this. And then used that technique and fiddled around with it a little. Adding text that blends in, thicker lines, lighting effects, etc.
Nice tutorial, Thanks for the link
