Youtube-"An error has occured, please try again later."

Hello, ever since I moved (About 3 weeks ago. I also Changed ISP's to Telus after using Shaw) Youtube has been fucking up for me. On every video it gives me "An error has occured, please try again later.". I can watch video's posted here on Facepunch fine, but on the actual Youtube.com site it gives me this error. I've tried reinstalling Flash, Reinstalling Firefox, Configuring my Telus Securities, Javascript is enabled, and I've tried deleting my Youtube cookies.
Any idea's on how to fix this? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.
I dunno, try using Google's DNS.

Youtube's Load Limiter most likely. Change the quality to something else other than 360p and see if that works better.

When you refresh it always does that. When you click it and let it buffer again it loads with the lower settings
