I think more games should get promoted by Minecraft like this, could bring out some really amazing map creation. Farcry 3 had dubstep in their trailer, I'm not suprised they also made a minecraft mod.

"map pack" What is that DLC? Oh it comes with textures too.

Almost every texture has been remade, this is pretty cool.

The texture pack you get with it looks awful, actually worse than the classic textures. (Not saying the classic textures are bad, I like them but this pack is AWFUL)

There's a lot of exploration to do, but also a hilarious level of bugs and oddities. For instance, swim down. As soon as you start, hop off the boat and just swim down.

Far Cry 3 actually looks good and like it'll be a really decent game finally. Compared to FC2, which was really mediocre due to a few problems, I'd hope they moved on. This is a cool little method to get some fanfare going about it.
