"ati3duag.dll" Apparently Causes Me To Bluescreen.

FIXED
Back sometime last year I updated my computer to a slightly better but still pretty crappy PC. Among the updates was a new graphics card.
So, since then, certain games and programs give me the BSOD. Checking out the crash log tells me that the culprit was most likely "ati3duag.dll."
Googling this shows that this is a fairly common problem. I have reinstalled my drivers (the correct way) and I'm still getting this error.
So far, these are the programs that crash me.
Fallout 3
Oblivion
ooVoo
SMOD Redux
My Specs
Processor: AMD Athlon XP 3000+ MMX, 3D Now, 2.2GHz
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon X1650 Pro (approx 512 MB)
RAM: 2GB
OS: Windows XP Pro SP3
And if Audio is important, tell me. I'll post it.
And, finally, the dump.

KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.

I'll try reinstalling my drivers one more time, and report back when I'm done.
And I can't revert back to SP2 because SP3 came on the installation disk. (SP2 was always more reliable for me.)
I feel it is odd that I blue screen on SMOD but not Garry's Mod, or Killing Floor, or even TF2.
Have you tried older drivers?
Is it an AGP card? If so, you have to install the AGP drivers (duh).
Uh, I don't know what AGP exactly is.
And I'll try older drivers.

Well, it's the connector type.
The x1650 Pro was made in 2 models : AGP and PCI-e. Speccy should be able to tell you which model it is without opening your computer.
It's AGP. I've been downloading the ones from the official ATI site. I'll try getting an AGP driver.

It worked! Thanks :)
