So Russia the worlds largest non OPEC oil producer, and Iran team up to demonstrate how to block the straits of hormus where all of the middle easts oil flows through.....nothing fishy there....not Russia demonstrating to the rest of the world that they can stop global oil production....

Except the Straight of Hormuz is nowhere near the Caspian Sea.

North America has the worlds largest untapped oil reserves currently, but a lot of it is incredibly hard to get at currently.
