Well, this happened last night where I had a MS Removal Tool virus. What I did was manually delete. After manually deleting the files, this error popped up some programs, for example, regedit or Malwarebytes. Yet, some other programs work like iTunes. Does anyone know why this happens? Could it be possibly another virus?

If so can anyone tell me how to fix this.

Edit: Ok, I think things that can get rid of the virus doesn't work, yet my antivirus is running.
