From what I hear, it uses the assets directly from Oblivion (not included with the mod; you have to own Oblivion to use it), since they don't have anywhere near the manpower of a mod like Skywind.
So yeah, that's to be expected.

I give them credit for this but god damn, I really fucking hate Oblivion's style of buildings and shit, the way everything looks smoothed off and rounded, it's really ugly.
Watching this made me remember how good the music was in oblivion.
