Nope, my HDD's are fine. They're not giving me clicks of doom and all S.M.A.R.T. scans are fine.

CPU is 35C idle and 45C load.
GPU is 40C idle and 50-55C load.
Did you try updating your mobo bios? I had the same problem on my 780iFTW untill i updated the bios.

if it crashes updating just boot from the CD that came with the mobo to reflash
