I think it depends, On easter or another holiday you would see me in a Dress Shirt and Tie with a nice Sweater over it with dress pants and very nice shoes. on any old sunday probably Khakis and a regular Shirt with sneakers.

I think it's a bit silly. People should wear whatever they're comfortable in.
