I recently installed the card along with Windows 7. I'm running three monitors, two 21,5" in portrait mode (1050x1680) and one 24" 1920x1080 in the middle. (this might seem like a weird setup but it's great when coding and viewing text documents and whatnot, try it yourself). One 21,5" and the 24" are connected through DVI, while the second 21,5" is connected to the DisplayPort through a Sapphire active DP > VGA adapter.
The issue is the DP port. Whenever I boot the computer, only the DP screen is active, at its full resolution. This error pops up:

The other two screens are identified by both Windows and CCC, however they need to be manually enabled, and whenever I do this the DP screen is kicked down from 1050x1680 to 1024x1280, locking it as the maximum resolution. Same thing happens at every boot. Unplugging/replugging the adapter doesn't help. I've tried some different driver and CCC versions (10.4, 10.5) and when they're freshly installed, it all works perfectly, but after rebooting however the issue comes straight back.
