This has been bothering me for a long time, no matter what i do i simply can't get my ports open, it's just annoying. I followed the steps on portforward.com and other websites but i had no sucess at all. What am i doing wrong?
My router is a D-Link DI-524 and my modem is Thomson TG508 and i connect on my router using this ip: 192.168.0.100

My ip changes from time to time (1-2 days and when i reset my router/modem) so i guess it's not static, but how can i make sure? Is there an option in the router?
You can set a Static IP address between your computer and the router.
