North Korean leader Kim Jong-il who is traveling across Russia in his armored train visited the largest hydropower plant in Russia's Far East on Sunday.
Russian presidential envoy in the Far-Eastern Federal District Viktor Ishayev and Amur Region governor Oleg Kozhemyako gave him a short tour of the Bureiskaya HPP, a well-informed source told RIA Novosti.
"The armored train of Kim Jong-il includes 17 cars, and one of them is carrying the North Korean leader's Mercedes, which took him to the Bureiskaya hydropower plant," the source said.
Kim started his first trip to Russia since 2002 on Saturday. He is expected to hold talks with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev
The talks are likely to take place in the eastern Siberian city of Ulan-Ude on Tuesday, the South Korean Yonhap news agency reported, citing an unnamed source. The source said Kim may also meet with Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.
North Korea is facing severe food shortages and increasing international isolation over its nuclear program.

Just saw this article on the news, and didn't see it posted. I'd suggest checking the other sources as well.

Thought he died
North Korea is still stuck in the Cold War.
They need to get catch up with the times.
Sadly, that won't happen while they have such big pricks running their lives.
I didn't know he leaves his utopian homeland
Well, even Fuligo Septica needs to move sometimes.
Having your own armoured train would be badass.
A little thing like the de jure collaspe of the USSR won't stop some Communist buddies meeting up to discuss things.
Wow I'm really surprised to hear that, didn't realize he ever leaves his country
Quick! everyone defect to South Korea now that he's not looking!
didn't he go to see someone in china/japan a few months ago? or was it vice versa
I believe China went to them.
I really doubt Japan and NK are on good terms to do that.
I would honestly try to assassinate that man, and I wouldn't care if I went to jail.
medvenvedevedmevmevevmedneved
So what would happen if hypothetically the train has a little "accident"
makes sense, russia and NK actually have a pretty good history. I wonder what they're gonna talk about though.

Confirmed gabe hitman side mission for episode 3

Is this his train?
It would be interesting to see a North Korean revolution, though it would be bloody and long. And it's not really realistic now seeing as most of NK is brainwashed.

I don't think people have enough food to rebel.
I don't think people have enough food to rebel.
And I doubt the NK army has enough food to stop them if they do rebel.
Lose lose situation.

It would be a Pyrrhic loss for both sides.

Their great leader is delusional, like Hitler during the last days of World War II. He's basically like a real life James Bond Villain.
Come on, really? Am armored train?!
It would be a Pyrrhic loss for both sides.
A loss gained from a great personal loss?

It's normal to kiss men on the mouth in other cultures, like shaking a hand or kissing on the cheek.

Arrest the fucker now that he's out! Quickly! The UN should arrest him on breaking human right laws.

Yes, there's no such thing as heirs, right? There would be serious shit to go down if that happened.
QUICK! Somebody put explosives on the track!
I wish I had an armoured train.
