Is this worth actually getting into now? Or is it still a hacker/lag/laggy hacker haven? I haven't played a call of duty since the first black ops but this one actually looked interesting to me.
It's a solid Call of Duty game, definitely the biggest change to the series since 4. Give it a shot if you've been bored with recent Call of Duty games.

For the money, it's probably the best multiplayer COD since 4. It's super fast and fun once you get going. Unfortunately, this version is plagued with some lag and hacking issues.

If it's like Call of Duty has been on PC it's probably half broken, but on consoles it's the best one I've played since World at War. Movement feels great.

The movement is increased tenfold on pc compared to consoles. Feels so much faster.
Has a serious anti-cheat problem. I've encountered MANY hackers in this game on PC. And I don't mean "omg I bet he saw me through a wall," what I mean is aimbot-headshots with royal camo and a nuke ever round.
