I turned off my comp to format it but i quickly remembered i let my friend borrow the CD's so I turn it back on in a couple of minutes. As it turns on,everything seems normal before i turn to look at my moniter,it's power button is green meaning its connected properly but nothing is showing up on the screen,it's just blank. This doesn't make much sense to me so I need your help. Thanks.

Try to insert the video-card driver CD as you start it... Or check if the monitor is plugged in right, and the video card
Fixed it,for some reason,I unplugged the moniter power cable and reinserted it and it works,thanks for trying.
