I've been struggling the past few months with crashes, both in game and shortly after startup. After resetting my BIOS to factory default and updating my graphics driver, I haven't had any in-game crashes yet, a few days ago it started crashing on desktop shortly after I start it up. The screen either freezes entirely, or looks like this:

I'm not sure what exactly is causing the issue, my computer stays on and is still running but seems to have locked up, since my keyboard locks go dark and unresponsive when this happens. It usually takes a few hard restarts to get the computer running properly, but once it does, it performs fine and I can play games with no issue.
Does anyone have suggestions on what I should do now? I've tried updating the chipset drivers, but the update provided by Dell (the manufacturer) doesn't work and gives an error.
My Speccy summary, for reference:

Considering your keyboard passes out too, then you might have a dying PSU. Which model is it?
Why do you have two 5750's/5770's with Crossfire disabled?

Not entirely sure, how would I check? It seems that my model likely came with a 825w Dell PSU, how would I find more specific info?

Don't know why speccy shows Crossfire as disabled, it's activated in CCC.
Usually if the cursor isn't corrupt when this happens then it's the GPU drivers.
Seeing as you have tried that already, try removing the old AMD drivers completely with this

and reinstall from scratch, post results ofc.
Do you get the drivers from dell or AMD themselves?

The program doesn't seem to be working very well, it only loads a small list of programs that doesn't include the drivers and hunter mode won't work on CCC.
I get the drivers from AMD, CCC 14.4
I've been getting something similar, but it overtakes my mouse and just makes it disappear. I have two monitors and so it only happens on the larger 'main' monitor. If I unplug that, the glitch transfers over.
What is your PSU wattage?
Have you tried turning it off and back on again?
Joking, worst advice ever and obviously it won't fix your problem unfortunately. All I can ask now is how long you've had your power supply for and have you overclocked anything in your computer?
Sorry for the late reply, didn't notice these responses.
I've never changed out the PSU, so I've had it for almost 4 years now. The wattage on it should be 875w, but I'll double check that as soon as I get the chance.
I'd recommend completely uninstalling the drivers, removing one of the cards from the system, reinstalling the drivers, and see if the problem's been fixed.
If not, redo the process but with the other card.
