Anyone got any ideas how I can do some exercises without the use of my right foot/leg? I fell down the stairs a couple months ago and severely tore some ligaments in my right foot/ankle. Here's a couple pictures after it happened for those curios 1 and 2. They're not gory or anything but not too pretty. But yeah it's been a few months, foot is better yet still pretty fucked. Sitting in this chair all day, every day is starting to take its toll mentally and physically. I really need to get some exercise in. I've got a stationary bike that I tried one footed, didn't work too well. I've got a weight lifting bench but I can't keep balance and keep falling to the right. So far all I've found I can do without pain are situps and pushups on my knees (which really takes any reason out of it). As for trying to diet to keep a fresh feeling, I can't really eat healthy as I can't stand long enough to prepare a decent meal. Any ideas?
do pullups and go for long crutch walks for chest+cardio, my leg is broken right now and I've noticed small gains in my lower chest and triceps
Depending on what you can do with your injured leg, you could try these options; legs; Split squats upper body; barbell, dumbbell bench press.... the list goes on, too tired right now to give you the exact list.
pretend you're a paraplegic for a month and do chinups, wheelchair sprints etc etc
I can exercise with one hand
