Recommended specs are quite beefy, but there's quite a range for processing power between minimum and recommended.
I'm guessing Recommended is taking 4K HD into account.

Dont know but they gave PC gaming a rather good present in form of the Cry Engine.

I said no longer relevant, not never relevant. Because instead of pushing the PC they lost their focus and their current financial troubles are because of that.
